Refund policy

⁠Exchange: Any item within 15 days of your package being delivered if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in original condition. 
⁠You must send the package back to us with your name, order number and phone number inside the package. Once we receive package, we will call you back within 1-2 business days. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Refund: Please note we only exchange and no refund, however in case you received a wrong or faulty product you can request a refund, and we will process your refund request accordingly. 
Please note that any product purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
